Elderberry syrup is not a syrup, but liquid goodness that gets its name from days past when local healers couldn’t make something palatable; they would add large quantities of honey and molasses to make it thick in nature-like syrup to make it easier to swallow.

Introducing our new and improved elderberry syrup with not only the cold and flu-fighting capabilities of the elderberry (Sambucus nigra) but added herbs to help aid in the reduction and eventual elimination of the symptoms that often accompany the cold, flu, sinusitis, and allergies in a drug-free healthy way.

Directions: Adults take one one-ounce super shot daily, and children a half-ounce daily for immunity support. It can be taken twice daily if adverse symptoms or sicknesses arise.

• Elderberry syrup has been found to reduce the length and severity of symptoms caused by the influenza virus.
• Elderberry syrup has some benefits for heart health, such as reducing cholesterol, uric acid, and blood sugar levels.
• Elderberries are a low-calorie food packed with vitamin C, dietary fiber, and antioxidants in the form of phenolic acids, flavonols, and anthocyanins.
