Please note that all sales are final due to the consumable nature of our products so please read items descriptions in their entirety before purchasing. We ship Monday-Friday and some Saturday’s with the exception of holidays, and we never work Sundays. Current ship out time 2-3 days.

Shipping and Support

It is up to the customer to immediately retrieve packages from mailboxes, porches, post office boxes especially when elderberry syrup is ordered so check shipping provider updates as we are not liable for lost or stolen packages. 

Due to the nature of our business, no refunds or exchanges will be granted for any reasons unless we are at fault. This includes but is not limited to pre-made products, shipping, and delivery fees, however, attempts will be made by Black Elder to remedy any problems that may arise in an amicable manner by reaching out to us with any questions or concerns that may arise at sales@blackelder.com, where you can email statements of any issues, and any picture evidence you may have if you are reporting damage as this is the only way you can file an insurance claim to have broken items replaced with the USPS. We will return messages within 48 hours of receipt. 

If you receive a damaged package or your package is lost in transit know you are covered with insurance from the USPS to file a claim simple follow the link and the instructions. Customer is responsible for filing claim, but all relevant documents will be provided from Black Elder which includes original mailing label, and proof of purchase documents
