I’ve been using Black Elder’s Elderberry Syrup for a while now, and it works! Consistency is key. Since spring has “sprung,” I have yet to sneeze or have a stuffy nose (which is not usual). It is because I have been consistently taking Elderberry Syrup each day and it is helping me tremendously!

My 3 year old son recently developed sinusitis and I was going back and forth between getting sea moss elderberry or a syrup but also with something with mullein and no alcohol.
