Question: What consistency should my elderberry syrup arrive?

Answer: Elderberry syrup in its most natural form is thin in nature. The thickness of store bought elderberry syrups comes from added sugars and thickeners, which are not needed. We give you the purest form of elderberry syrup.

Question: Why is it called elderberry syrup?

Answer: Many moons ago, when makers didn't know how to make something palatable they added honey, which made the syrup thick which is where the name elderberry syrup came from. We use just enough raw honey to make it palatable without compromising the benefits of the power of the elderberry.
