Cancellation policy

  • One-time purchases: Cannot be “canceled” after they ship.
  • Subscriptions/recurring orders can be canceled anytime before the next billing date and before they ship.
  • Pre-orders: may be canceled before the item is released or shipped.
  • Digital purchases/services: Cannot be canceled.
