I purchased this for the first time during covid, I believe. I know it works, so I happily ordered again.
The jar was much smaller than the first time I purchased. It was also delivered later than expected. I believe it was delayed by a few days.
I also can't get the jar open. I've tried multiple ways and attempts, but the seal will not break. I reached out for assistance, but no response yet.

I found your previous order from 2022 and see that you ordered a 16-ounce jar at $34.99, but chose to order (2) 8-ounce jars this go around at $19.99. Our elderberry came in three different sizes at the time of your order, and that was the choice that you made, and we gladly fulfilled. Also it was only only a 7 day turnaround from the date you placed your order to receiving it, which is within the standard of care since the orders are made fresh each day. (Order date 1/7 and deliver 1/14)
Also in refernce to not being able to open jars we use the same pressure canning process we used during covid and, we would have been more that happy to guid you with alternative ways to open jars had you contacted us like you stated in your review, but I was not able to find a email, or a message via any of our social media. In the future, if you have any issues, we are an email away, and we have a contact form readily available on our website that I respond to most times within minutes.
Note: If you are having an issue opening jar take a spoon to the seam and pop the top. They are sealed so they remain fresh during transit.
